Day 1: ARRIVAL IN DELHI CITY
Arrive in Delhi. You will be met by a representative of Rajasthan and Varanasi Tour in the arrival zone. Once you have exited baggage claim, you will then be transferred to your hotel. Delhi, India’s capital and political hub is a primeval city that is amazing for everyone. The city's velocity is muddled, yet somewhat relaxed, and makes it ideal to see the sights. During your trip, you will definitely see some strange and exotic sights. Overnight is at Delhi hotel.
Day 2: DELHI TOUR & Drive to Jaipur (255 km 4.5 hours drive)
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and meet with your Rajasthan Varanasi & Varanasi tour representative giving you travel kit. Afterwards visit Jama Masjid, - the largest mosque in India. Drive past the magnificent Red Fort, built on the banks of River Yamuna by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Continue to New Delhi, city created to reflect the might of the British Empire, visit 12th century Qutab Minar - gracefully hand-carved for its entire height of 234 feet. Explore tomb of emperor Humayun - a predecessor of the Mughal style of architecture. After lunch drive to Jaipur for your overnight stay.
Day 3: JAIPUR
On your third day of Rajasthan and Varanasi trip explore Amber fort and experience the Elephant ride to visit Amber Palace. Later mark Observatory (Jantar Mantar) which is one of the biggest observatories Continue your visit to Jaipur City Palace which is famous for Rajasthani style and architecture. Jaipur City Palace is one of the most famed traveler attractions and a key milestone which locates itself with its stupendous art and architecture. Later exit from City Palace and have a photo shoot stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Return back to your hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 4: Jaipur / Agra (BY drive – 265 km / 4.5 hours drive)
In the morning drive to Jaipur. On the way visit Fatehpur Sikri -- the erstwhile capital of the great Mughal ruler - Emperor Akbar. This magnificent fort palace had to be deserted after just 15 years of habitation due to lack of drinkable water. Drive your vehicle to Agra and on arrival visit Agra Fort. This fort was constructed by Emperor Akbar in 1565. The high red stone monument stretches for around 2 1/2 km. The palace is a famous for its smooth combination of Hindu and central Asian architectural style. Also visit Itmad – Ul – Daulatabad, a replica of Taj Mahal. Spend your night in Agra.
Day 5: Agra / Varanasi (by overnight train) 2130 / 1030 +01
At the break of dawn of Rajasthan Varanasi tours visit the magnificent Taj Mahal at sunrise (closed on Fridays). Constructed by Emperor Shah Jahan in reminiscence to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this is the definitive tribute to love ever transliterate in structural design. Rest of the day is at leisure. In time board your overnight train for Varanasi.
Day 6: Arrive Varanasi
On your arrival at Varanasi Railway station meet and greet and will be transferred to your hotel. Varanasi tourism gives you highlight of the ancient living towns of the earth with its history dating back to about 3500 hundred years. After breakfast have an Varanasi excursion tour of Sarnath (closed on Fridays), which is a small Buddhist town 10 km away from Varanasi City. Visit Archeological museum, Mahabodhi Buddha Temple and stroll in the deer park, where Buddha meditated. In the evening, see the evening Aarti of the holy river Ganges at Dasaswamedh Ghat. The big oil lamps burn and shine to worship mother Ganges and it is a very exclusive sight. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Varanasi /DELHI (Overnight train) 1830 / 0730 +01
On day 7 of Rajasthan & Varanasi tour visit Varanasi by taking an early morning boat ride on the holy river Ganges to view the morning rituals of the Hindu communities. The great Varanasi Ghats whether big or small, is distinct by a lingam, and occupies its own unique place in the spiritual geography of the city. Later in Varanasi pilgrimage comprises visit to some Varanasi temples like Bharat Mata Mandir and Durga Temple. Tour Varanasi with drive past the beautiful Tulsi Manas temple and take a stride down Vishwanathji Ki Gali. In the evening board your train for Varanasi Delhi. Overnight on board.
Day 8: ARRIVE DELHI & Depart
Arrive at Delhi railway station and you will be transferred to Delhi International airport to board the flight for onwards journey. Tour concludes with happy memories of Rajasthan & Varanasi Tour.
