Day 1 Arrive Delhi

On arrival at Delhi airport you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight stay will be in Delhi.


Day 2 Delhi

After morning meal, visit the attractions of Old Delhi starting with the imperial Red Fort, a phenomenon in red sedimentary rock, Jama Masjid which is one of the gigantic mosque in Asia, both constructed by emperor Shah Jahan, Rajghat – in tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and optionally you can have a rickshaw ride in old streets of Chandni Chowk. Later continue your visit to New Delhi which has Presidents House - once the home of British delegates. Also drive past through India Gate, a memento raised in honour of the Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war; the Laxmi Narayan Temple, completed by the Birla Group of Industries, Humayun’s Tomb- world heritage site and lastly Qutub Minar, created by Qutub-ud-din Aibek. Overnight stay in Delhi (B).


Day 3 Delhi to Varanasi (By air travel)

After breakfast check out from the hotel to board your flight for Varanasi. On arrival at Varanasi you will be met and will be transferred to the hotel. refresh and relax. Later have Sarnath excursion tour where Lord Buddha gave her first sermon speech to the world. On reaching Sarnath visit Dhamekh Stupa, Archeological Museum and Ashoka Pillar which was constructed in 3rd century Before Christ (B.C) erected with 4 lions on it. This 4 lion is now the insignia of Government of India. Soon after touring all these places return for Varanasi city tour for visit temple of Durga Temple, dedicated to Goddess Durga, This temple is also known as Monkey temple as you can see high density of monkeys in the temple grounds. In the evening watch the Aarti celebration of the holy river Ganges.


Day 4 Varanasi

At the crack of the dawn have boat ride in the holy river Ganges, full of pilgrims who are continuing to do there hundred years old traditions. While on boat you may see the cremation commemoration of dead bodies as per Hindu solemnity. Later you can shop in Varanasi as it is well known for its silk sarees. Other things which draw your attention are woodcraft, wall hangings and lamp shades, carpets and facades of various Hindu & Buddhist gods, goddesses and saints. Betel leaf (Pan) is famous too.


Day 5 Varanasi to Khajuraho (By air travel)

After breakfast check out from the hotel to board your flight for Khajuraho. On arrival at Khajuraho you will be met and will be transferred to the hotel. Later tour the famous Khajuraho Temples. These temples are divided in two parts known as Eastern and Western Group of Temples. Eastern group of Khajuraho Temples shows the art and architecture of Jain Temples where as the most significant and enthralling are western group of temples of Khajuraho. These temples are famous for their complicated sculptures and erotic that is one of the stupendous achievements of Indian art. Evening is free for recreation. Optionally one can enjoy light and sound show in one of the temples of Khajuraho.


Day 6 Khajuraho to Orchaa to (By surface) Agra (By Shatabdi Train)

After breakfast drive to Orchaa. IT was once the capital of Bundelas, now is just a village, with well preserved palace and temples. The main sightseeing places are Jahanghir Mahal – 16th century architecture to memorialize Emperor Jahangir. Other attractions are Rai Parveen Mahal & Ram Raja Mandir. Later depart to board your train for Agra. On arrival check in at your hotel for overnight stay in Agra.


Day 7 Agra

View the beautiful Taj Mahal at the time of sunrise. You will see Taj Mahal changing its pulsating colours at crack of the dawn. Taj Mahal – a part of seven wonders of the world which was constructed by 22,000 men and women and giving them livelihood for more then 17 years for creating mausoleum of Shah Jahan's beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Later visit the Agra Fort which was built by Akbar. This fort is built along the river Yamuna with several buildings inside. Till today part of the fort is still used by Indian Army which is not open for public. Though in the fort there are many places where you can get an insight of Mughals livelihood.Continue your sightseeing by visiting famous Tomb of Itamad-ud-Daula created by Noorjehan in remembrance of her father.


Day 8 Agra to Jaipur

After light brunch drive by surface to famous "Pink City" Jaipur, en route have a stopover at Fatehpur Sikri (City of Ghost- abandoned due to scarcity of water). This city is build in the honour of Saint Salim Chisti who foretold the great Akbar that he would have 3 sons. Fatehpur Sikri has many impressive edifices like Diwan E Khas, Panch Mahal, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Buland Darwaza etc. Later drive to Jaipur and check in at your hotel. Evening is free to visit the famed markets of Jaipur which are well know for handicrafts, jewellery etc.


Day 9 Jaipur

Morning after breakfast visit Amber fort where you will experience the Elephant ride to visit Amber Palace. Later visitation continues to Observatory ( Jantar Mantar) which is one of the biggest observatory constructed by Sawai Jai Singh. Also visit City Palace which is famous for Rajasthani style and architecture, and have photo shoot stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).


Day 10 Jaipur to Nimaj (Chhatra Sagar)

After breakfast depart for Chhatra Sagar. Encircled by thriving green countryside of wheat, mustard, cotton and vast grazing fields, this resort is a nature-lover’s shelter.

Gaze at the birds that gather at the dam from the comfort of your tent, or just set out on a nature walk on this Rajasthan campsite trip. The evenings are held in reserve for comfortable bonfires and traditional Rajasthani dinners beneath the star-lit sky.


Day 11 Nimaj to Ranakpur to Udaipur

After breakfast leave for Udaipur. Enroute visit Ranakpur . Ranakpur, which is famous for Jain temples, built in 12 century. This temple is built of marbles 108 impressed marble pillars, each different from others performing a marvelous architecture of Jainism. If you want a lunch then you can opt at Maharani Baugh Palace On arrival at Udaipur you will be transfer to your hotel. Refresh and relax. Evening is free to roam in narrow lanes of Udaipur City.


Day 12 Udaipur

Later visit City Palace which commands a view of Lake Pichola. The City Palace consists of Palace Museum, Durbar Hall, Crystal Gallery and Jagdish Temple. Continue your visitation to Saheli Ki Bari which was built for Royal Ladies of Udaipur. In the late afternoon you can enjoy boat ride at Lake Pichola. Overnight in Udaipur.


Day 13 Udaipur to Mumbai to Cochin (By air travel)

Morning after breakfasts board your flight for Cochin with connecting flight from Mumbai. In evening enjoy Kathakali Dance show in Cochin. Overnight stay will be in Cochin.


Day 14 Cochin to Thekkady (Periyar)

Morning visit Matancherry Plalace or Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue and Chinese Fishing nets still used and are said to bring by Chinese Traders. Later depart for Periyar. In the evening enjoy your stay at your beautiful resort.


Day 15 Thekkady to Kumarakom(Houseboat)

Morning visit Periyar National Park where the sanctuary spreads at an area of 777 km. You can see Indian bisons, bears, elephants. Later drive to Kumarakom to board in at your floating villa. Overnight in Houseboat


Day 16 Kumarakom to Kovalam

Morning after breakfast leaves your houseboat and drive to Kovalam. Kovalam is considered the most trendy beach retreat in India. Check in at your hotel and relax at the marvelous silver sands and palm-fringed seashores of Kovalam.


Day 17 & 18: Kovalam

Days at leisure.


Day 19 Kovalam to Trivandrum to Kovalam

Morning take an excursion trip to Trivandrum visiting Shri Padmanabhaswami Temple and Napier Museum. Return back to Kovalam to enjoy the rest of the evening. Overnight in Kovalam.


Day 20 Kovalam Trivandrum / UK/ Europe/ or Delhi / UK/ Europe/

Morning board your flight for onwards journey.
