Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Assisted arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi = Patna (Overnight train)

Visit Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun's tomb, & Qutub Minar. Board overnight train for Patna.

Day 3: Arrive Patna / Nalanda / Rajgir / Bodhgaya

On arrival at Patna on day 3 of Golden Triangle and Buddha Tour drive to Bodhgaya. On the way visit Rajgir & oldest university of the world --Nalanda University. Night in Bodhgaya.

Day 4: Bodhgaya / Varanasi

Drive to Varanasi. On arrival check in at your hotel. Later have excursion tour of Sarnath. In the evening enjoy Aarti Celebration of River Ganges in Varanasi. Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 5: Varanasi / Kushinagar

Day 5 of Golden Triangle and Buddha tour will take you to boat ride on River Ganges in Varanasi. Watch Hindus performing rituals. Later drive to Kushinagar. Afternoon proceed for sightseeing of small town of Kushinagar was once the Kingdom of the Malla dynasty in the days of Gautam Buddha. It was known as Kushinara then and is one of the most important spots on the Buddhist pilgrimage trail. It was here at the age of 80 in the 5th century B.C. that Lord Buddha breathed his last. This is also the place where Lord Buddha preached his last sermon. Overnight in Kushiagar.

Day 6: Kushinagar / Lumbini

After breakfast drive down to Lumbini, arrive and transfer to hotel. Afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Lumbini - the birth place of the Lord on the Nepal - India border, Lumbini. It is whispered that mother of the Lord dreamt of a white elephant before giving birth to the child. The temple here is known as the Maya temple and you can find the famous Ashok Pillar. Overnight stay at Hotel in Lumbini.

Day 7: Lumbini / Sravasti

On day 7 of Golden Triangle Buddha Tour drive down to Sravasti and transfer to Hotel, proceed for seeing the sights of Sravasti - Saravasti - Also known as Sahet-Mahet, are two different site''s, the main one being Sahet and about 500 meters away is located Mahet. Saravasti was the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Kosala.
Here, according to legend, the Buddha confounded his critics by conjuring a miraculous million fold self - manifestation seated on a thousand petalled lotus, as fire and water emanated from his body. Overnight stay at Hotel in Sravasti.
